PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: October 18, 2026
This Privacy Notice for Wilfre J. García Martínez (doing business as FinanzaX) ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you:
- Visit our website at finanzaxhq.com or any website of ours that links to this Privacy Notice
- Use FinanzaX. FinanzaX sells bilingual (English/Spanish) educational digital templates (Google Sheets tools) for personal finance planning and tracking, sold through our online store.
- Engage with us in other related ways, including any marketing or events
Questions or concerns? If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services. If you still have any questions or concerns, please contact us at finanzaxhq@gmail.com.
SUMMARY OF KEY POINTS
What personal information do we process? When you visit, use, or navigate our Services, we may process personal information depending on how you interact with us, the choices you make, and the products and features you use.
Do we process any sensitive personal information? FinanzaX does not intentionally collect or receive the financial information you enter into your own copy of a template; that information stays in your own Google account and is never transmitted to us. We do not otherwise process sensitive personal information.
Do we collect any information from third parties? Yes, in limited circumstances. When you purchase through our online store, we may receive limited order information from that platform, such as your name, email address, and transaction details, to fulfill your order. We do not otherwise seek out information from third parties. See "Third-Party Platform" below.
How do we process your information? We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.
In what situations and with which parties do we share personal information? We may share information in specific situations and with specific third parties (see Section 4), and our online store may independently collect information as well (see Section 5).
How do we keep your information safe? We have reasonable organizational and technical safeguards in place, though no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed 100% secure.
What are your rights? Depending on where you are located, applicable privacy law may give you certain rights regarding your personal information.
How do you exercise your rights? The easiest way is by contacting us at finanzaxhq@gmail.com.
1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, when you purchase our products through our online store, or otherwise when you contact us.
Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information we collect may include the following, depending on how you interact with us:
- Name
- Email address
- Transaction and order information (such as order date, product purchased, and order ID), which we may receive from our online store when you purchase through it
- Technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and device information, when you visit our website
Sensitive Information. FinanzaX does not intentionally collect or receive the financial information you enter into your own copy of a template (income, balances, loan amounts, and similar figures). That information is entered and stored inside your own Google account and is never transmitted to us. We do not otherwise process sensitive personal information.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Email sign-up and the Financial X-Ray
If you choose to give us your email address on finanzaxhq.com, we collect it through Systeme.io, the email service we use, in two situations:
- Waiting lists. If you join the waiting list for a product (the templates, the books, or the Financial Freedom Planner), we use your email address only to tell you when that product becomes available.
- Financial X-Ray. If you enter your email address to unlock the full breakdown of your Financial X-Ray result, we store your first name and email address together with seven scores: one for each of the six pillars and one overall score. Your individual answers to the questions never leave your browser and are never sent to us. However, the scores are calculated from your answers, and some score values can reveal how you answered.
We do not collect your email address or your scores unless you submit your email address yourself. Every email we send includes a link to unsubscribe.
Google API
FinanzaX products are Google Sheets templates, not an application that connects to your Google account on our behalf. Some templates include Apps Script functions (for example, to generate a PDF report) that ask for your permission, through Google's own authorization screen, to act on your own Google Drive, Sheets, or Slides. That authorization is between you and Google: these scripts run inside your own copy of the template, under your own Google account, and do not transmit any of your data to FinanzaX. We do not receive, view, or store any information through the Google API. To the extent any use of Google APIs by our products falls within the scope of the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, we adhere to it.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user. We may process your information to provide you with the requested service.
- To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users.
- To fulfill and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Services.
- To protect our Services, including fraud monitoring and prevention.
- To save or protect an individual's vital interest, such as to prevent harm.
3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
If you are located in the EU or UK, this section applies to you.
The GDPR and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on. As such, we may rely on the following:
- Consent. We may process your information if you have given us permission for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Performance of a Contract. We may process your information when necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, including providing our Services.
- Legitimate Interests, such as to diagnose problems and/or prevent fraudulent activities.
- Legal Obligations, where necessary for compliance with the law.
- Vital Interests, where necessary to protect against potential threats to safety.
If you are located in Canada, this section applies to you.
We may process your information with your express or implied consent, which you can withdraw at any time. In some exceptional cases, we may process your information without consent, including for fraud detection and prevention, business transactions, or to comply with a subpoena, warrant, or court order.
4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us, including:
- Data Backup and Security: Google Drive Backup
- Invoice and Billing: our online store
- Payment processing and order fulfillment: our online store
We also may need to share your personal information for Business Transfers: in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
5. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM
FinanzaX products are sold through a third-party e-commerce platform. That platform is an independent business with its own privacy policy and terms of service, and it may independently collect, use, and process your personal information (including payment information) under its own privacy policy, separate from this Privacy Notice. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of that platform. We encourage you to review the platform's own privacy policy before making a purchase.
6. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
On finanzaxhq.com we use Google Analytics 4 only if you consent. When you visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics. If you accept, we load Google Analytics with IP anonymization, and Google Analytics may set its own cookies to measure visits. If you decline, or do not answer, no analytics script is loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, so that we do not ask again on every page. Our analytics never record your individual answers to the Financial X-Ray, or any score linked to you. Apart from this, we do not use cookies or other tracking technologies for analytics or advertising, and the FinanzaX templates themselves do not use cookies. The platform where our products are sold may use its own cookies and tracking technologies on its site, under its own privacy policy and terms, which we do not control.
7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible, securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We have implemented reasonable organizational and technical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk.
9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
FinanzaX products are intended for adults who are legally capable of making their own financial decisions, and they are not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or sell personal information from minors, and we do not market our products to them. By using the Services, you confirm that you are an adult under the law that applies to you. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at finanzaxhq@gmail.com.
10. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In some regions (the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal information, restrict its processing, data portability, and not to be subject to automated decision-making. You can make such a request at finanzaxhq@gmail.com.
If you are located in the UK and are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, you can complain directly to us, or to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, helpline 0303 123 1113, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF).
If you are located in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your Member State or UK data protection authority. If you are in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Withdrawing your consent: you may withdraw consent at any time by contacting finanzaxhq@gmail.com. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.
Opting out of marketing communications: you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting finanzaxhq@gmail.com.
11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. No uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will inform you in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain privacy rights under applicable state data protection laws. These may include the right to request access to, correct, obtain a copy of, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent to its processing. These rights may be limited by applicable law, and not every state currently has such a law in place.

Terms
Terms of Use and Legal Notice
1. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE, NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
FinanzaX products are educational tools. They organize numbers you enter and show you what those numbers imply. They do not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or any other professional advice, and using one does not substitute for advice from a licensed professional who knows your particular situation. FinanzaX does not provide financial planning services or investment advisory services, and nothing in this product should be interpreted as an offer of either. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, borrow, refinance, or take any other financial action.
2. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Every figure this product shows is a calculation performed on data you supplied, under assumptions you chose or accepted. Projections, payoff dates, savings estimates and any similar output are estimates, not promises. Real outcomes depend on interest rates, market behavior, tax treatment, your own future decisions, and events nobody can predict.
3. YOUR DECISIONS ARE YOURS
You are solely responsible for the financial decisions you make, including any decision you make after using this product. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for verifying any figure before acting on it, and for seeking professional advice where your situation warrants it.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FinanzaX and its creator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this product. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential and special damages, and specifically includes lost profits, lost savings, missed opportunities and financial losses of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid for this product.
5. NO FIDUCIARY OR ADVISORY RELATIONSHIP
Purchasing, downloading or using this product does not create an advisor-client, fiduciary or professional relationship of any kind between you and FinanzaX or its creator. Contacting FinanzaX with a question, and receiving an answer, does not create such a relationship either.
6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this product is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal courts located in New Jersey. If you are a consumer purchasing from a country or state whose law grants you additional protections that cannot be waived by agreement, this clause does not limit those protections, and they apply to the extent required by that law.
7. ELIGIBILITY
This product is intended for adults who are legally capable of making their own financial decisions. By using it you confirm that you meet that description. It is not intended for minors, and is not designed for use by anyone acting on behalf of another person without that person's authorization.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
FinanzaX spreadsheets and digital products are copyrighted and licensed for the original purchaser's personal use. They may not be shared or distributed beyond the original purchaser, altered, or resold by anyone other than FinanzaX.
